Who Pays?

Only canteen owners pay for using Chefo. Employees use the platform completely free. Corporate companies can optionally pay on behalf of their canteen operators.

Pricing is based on how many days customers subscribe for meals each month. We count the total subscription days across all your customers and apply tiered pricing.

First Month Free

Your first month is completely free (only ₹9 platform fee applies). No setup costs, no hidden charges. Cancel anytime during trial period.

How do you calculate subscription days?

We count the total number of days customers subscribe for meals each month. For example, if 5 customers each subscribe for 10 days, that's 50 total subscription days. Pricing tier is determined by the average days per customer.

Is the first month really free?

Yes! Your first month is completely free (only the ₹9 platform fee applies). No credit card required to get started, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges.

What if subscription days vary monthly?

Your billing automatically adjusts based on actual usage each month. If customers subscribe for fewer days one month, you pay less. If they subscribe for more days, you move to the appropriate tier for that month only.

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?

No setup fees, no hidden charges! We include onboarding, training, and support as part of all our plans. The only costs are the transparent per-customer fees and platform fee shown above.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, UPI payments, credit/debit cards, net banking, and corporate purchase orders for enterprise clients. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there's no minimum contract period. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll help you export your data and ensure a smooth transition.
