Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chefo's smart canteen management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Important Notice

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chefo. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our services.

Service Description

Chefo provides a comprehensive digital canteen management platform that includes:

  • Customer Management:Digital registration and profile management for canteen customers
  • Meal Pre-booking:Advanced booking system for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Inventory Tracking:Real-time monitoring of food inventory and supplies
  • Payment Processing:Secure digital payment solutions
  • Analytics & Reporting:Detailed insights and automated report generation
  • Subscription Management:Automated tracking of customer meal plans and renewals

Our platform is designed to reduce food waste, streamline operations, and increase profitability for canteen operators across India.

Pricing & Payment Terms

First Month Free

Your first month subscription is completely free ! Platform fees still apply as per the pricing structure below.

Usage Period Cost per Customer Description
1-9 days Free No charges for short-term usage
10-15 days ₹10 per customer Standard mid-term pricing
16-31 days ₹15 per customer Full month usage pricing

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
  • Please include invoice number in payment reference
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

User Responsibilities

As a user of Chefo's platform, you agree to:

  1. Provide Accurate Information:Ensure all registration and customer data is accurate and up-to-date
  2. Secure Account Access:Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  3. Comply with Laws:Use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws
  4. Responsible Usage:Use the platform only for legitimate canteen management purposes
  5. Data Backup:Maintain your own backup of critical business data
  6. Timely Payments:Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  7. Report Issues:Promptly report any technical issues or security concerns

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from: attempting to hack or compromise the platform, sharing account credentials, using the service for illegal activities, or violating any intellectual property rights.

Data Privacy & Security

Chefo is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data:

Data Collection:

  • We collect only necessary information for service provision
  • Customer data is encrypted and stored securely
  • Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems

Data Usage:

  • Your data is used solely for providing and improving our services
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties
  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and service improvement

Data Security:

  • Industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Restricted access to customer data on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime guarantee

Termination of Service

Termination by User:

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Providing 30 days written notice
  • Settling all outstanding payments
  • Exporting your data before termination

Termination by Chefo:

We may terminate your account in case of:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Non-payment of fees for more than 30 days
  • Misuse of the platform or security breaches
  • Illegal activities or fraudulent behavior

Data Export

Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable service, please note:

  • Service Availability:We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Data Loss:While we implement robust backup systems, users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups
  • Business Decisions:Chefo provides tools and insights, but business decisions remain the user's responsibility
  • Third-party Integrations:We are not liable for issues arising from third-party service integrations
  • Maximum Liability:Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months

We provide comprehensive support and will work diligently to resolve any issues. Our support team is available during business hours to assist with technical problems.
